3 Tablespoons flour
1 cup milk

Directions:
Red Velvet Cake Directions:
1. In a larger mixer bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3. In another bowl, mix red food coloring and cocoa until cocoa is completely dissolved. Add to the creamed mixture.
4. Mixing on low speed, add buttermilk and flour alternately, beginning and ending with flour. Mix well but do not over-beat to ensure a light fluffy cake.
5. Add vanilla flavoring, mix well.
6. Blend the baking soda into the batter.
7. Transfer into two floured and greased 9 inch round cake pans.
8. Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 25-30 minutes. Cool.
Frosting Directions:
1. Blend into a small saucepan the 3 tablespoons of flour and the cup of milk. Add the milk to the flour slowly, avoiding lumps.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture resembles glue.
3. Cool completely.
4. Cream together sugar, butter, and vanilla until fluffy.
5. Add to cooked mixture. Beat, high speed, until very fluffy. Frost cooled cake.

3 sendok makan tepung
1 cangkir susu
1 cangkir gula
1 sendok teh vanili
1 cangkir mentega
Cara membuat Velvet Cake Arah Red:
1. Dalam mangkuk mixer besar, krim bersama mentega dan gula.
2. Tambahkan telur satu per satu, kocok setelah penambahan masing-masing.
3. Dalam mangkuk lain, campurkan pewarna makanan merah dan kakao kakao sampai benar-benar larut. Tambahkan ke campuran krim.
4. Pencampuran pada kecepatan rendah, tambahkan buttermilk dan tepung bergantian, dimulai dan berakhir dengan tepung. Aduk tapi jangan over-beat untuk memastikan kue berbulu cahaya.
5. Tambahkan bumbu vanili, aduk rata.
6. Haluskan baking soda ke dalam adonan.
7. Transfer menjadi dua ditaburi tepung dan berminyak 9 panci kue inch bulat.
8. Panggang dalam dipanaskan 350 derajat F oven selama 25-30 menit. Cool.
Frosting Arah:
1. Berbaur ke dalam panci kecil 3 sendok makan tepung dan cangkir susu. Tambahkan susu ke dalam tepung perlahan-lahan, menghindari benjolan.
2. Masak di atas api sedang sambil diaduk terus, sampai campuran menyerupai lem.
3. Benar-benar dingin.
4. Krim bersama gula, mentega, dan vanili hingga mengembang.
5. Tambahkan ke campuran dimasak. Kocok, kecepatan tinggi, hingga sangat halus. Frost kue didinginkan.
